The
past year has been exceptionally rewarding for Rasamny-Younis Motor Company
(RYMCO), the exclusive dealer of NISSAN MOTORS, INFINITI, GMC, and other top
car brands, at all levels. Both the sales and after sales teams achieved the
highest ranks in various competitions, awards, and classifications.

Starting with INFINITI’s awards, Zeina Bishara, Sales Manager
for INFINITI Lebanon, won the highest-ranking award of the Challengers Club
Achievement, an ambassador award for all three categories: Sales, Quality, and
Training Management. On the other hand, during the INFINITI’s Awards Night for
fiscal year 2016-2017, RYMCO took over the Regional Sales Skills Competition
that took place in Dubai, UAE. Participants from all across the Middle East
& Gulf competed with fellow Sales Ambassadors in the areas of brand,
product, customer journey, and general automotive knowledge, and George Najem
earned second place amongst the region’s ten elite INFINITI Sales Ambassadors.
RYMCO also went on to clench the INFINITI Quality Excellence Program award for
its achievements in fiscal year 2016. In addition, RYMCO dominated the NISSAN MOTORS’ annual
Regional Skills Contest, with Francois Sakr winning an award for Best
Performance Product Presentation – previously won by sales team member Petra
Maalouf – and Best Performance Negotiation and Closing, under the Sales
Executive Excellence Competency Award (NISEC) category. Samer Kheddaj also won
an award for Best Performance After Sales Phone Communication Skills at the
Nissan Parts Executive Excellence Competency Award (NIPEC). Moreover, Makram
Rasamny clenched the 2016’s Sales Star Award.
As for GMC, Rymco was named one of GM’s ‘Grandmasters’ – a
top honor given to dealers in the General Motors International region. The
award recognizes RYMCO’s superior sales and customer satisfaction levels.
On the other hand, Faisal Al Gharib, workshop manager, was
awarded first place by General Motors in The Bodyshop Excellence Program, for
achieving the highest target for Q1 and growth in retail/spare parts and
bodyshop. Leila Kantar was also recognized by INFINITI Middle East Aftersales
with the Level 1 Certification of the Customer Experience Excellence Standards
and the Customer Service Quality Achievement Award. Moreover, Nissan Middle
East FZE ranked RYMCO’s aftersales team first in the Customer Satisfaction
Excellence Award, recognizing the CSI overall satisfaction and index score.The
team also won the Parts Performance Award and the Service Performance Award
acknowledging the outstanding efforts by RYMCO team towards the achievement of
the challenging parts department objectives
